Build an exceptionally detailed replica of USS Oscar Austin (DDG-79), the first Flight IIA Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer built for the United States Navy.

The model represents USS Oscar Austin in her 2024 configuration, featuring the contemporary appearance, weapons and equipment of this modern U.S. Navy destroyer. Details include the Aegis Combat System, AN/SPY-1D radar, Mk 41 VLS, Mk 45 naval gun, Phalanx CIWS, helicopter hangars and flight deck.

The kit contains 13 A3 sheets of model parts and 14 A3 sheets of assembly drawings and instructions. It can be built as either a full-hull or waterline model.

With a finished length of approximately 780 mm (30.7"), this impressive 1:200 warship is an excellent advanced project for modern naval modellers.
