Returns at a Glance

  • Return window: 14 calendar days from delivery
  • Condition: Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Return cost: Customer pays return shipping (non-refundable)
  • Refund method: Back to original payment method (5–10 business days processing)
  • Exchanges: Only for defective or damaged items
  • Non-returnable items: Sale items, Premium Construction Plans, intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
  • Cancellations: Before shipping only, subject to 20% cancellation fee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. For credit card payments, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How to Return an Item

  • Email us at contact@modelland.co.uk to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos or a short video if applicable.
  • Once approved, we will provide you with an RA number and the return address of the closest warehouse.
  • Ship the product back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We are not liable for lost or missing packages.
  • Please mark the return as a gift to avoid additional customs fees. We do not cover customs charges for returned items.

⚠️ Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Premium Construction Plans (due to their personalized nature)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or promotion items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at contact@modelland.co.uk.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or shipping. A 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and payment processing costs.
Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Invalid Reasons for Returns

The following are not valid reasons for returns:

  • Buyer’s remorse (no longer wants the item)
  • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere after purchase

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Recheck your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  • Contact your bank, since processing times vary
