The KrAZ-260 was a three-axle, 6×6 all-terrain truck developed for transporting cargo and personnel over roads of varying quality as well as difficult off-road terrain. Introduced in the early 1980s, its rugged construction and excellent cross-country capability made it suitable for demanding operating conditions.
Orel's model provides an impressively detailed representation of the vehicle, with particular attention given to the engine, chassis, suspension, drivetrain and driver's cab. The model can also be constructed with an opening bonnet, allowing the detailed engine compartment to remain visible on the finished model.
