USS Keokuk was a small ironclad gunboat built in 1862–1863 for the United States Navy. She carried two 279 mm guns in fixed, turret-like armoured casemates and featured an unusual wood-and-iron armour arrangement. During the Union attack on the Confederate defences at Charleston on 7 April 1863, Keokuk suffered severe damage and sank the following day.
