About Us
We are a UK-based company, and all orders are processed and shipped from the United Kingdom.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another notification once your order has shipped.
⚠️ Shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as high order volumes or postal service delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship worldwide. Our delivery network covers:
- Europe – all EU countries, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, etc.
- North America & Central America – USA, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, etc.
- South America & Caribbean – Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, etc.
- Asia – China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India, United Arab Emirates, etc.
- Africa – South Africa, Morocco, Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya, etc.
- Oceania – Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, etc.
⚠️ At this time, we do not ship to Ukraine and Russia.
Duties & Taxes
- Shipments within the UK include VAT where applicable.
- International orders may be subject to import duties and local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
- Orders valued below £20 are shipped without tracking.
- Orders valued £20 or more include a tracking number, sent by email once your order has shipped.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at 📧 contact@modelland.co.uk with your name and order number.
⚠️ We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued, minus return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at 📧 contact@modelland.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will handle such cases individually to ensure a fair solution.
