Build an exceptionally detailed scale replica of the classic Excalibur 36 cruise yacht with this impressive 1:25 scale card model kit from Orel (No. 381).

Designed by renowned Dutch yacht designer E. G. van de Stadt, the Excalibur 36 represents the elegant cruiser-racer yachts that emerged during the 1960s. The design was developed from the successful Pioneer, a yacht that demonstrated excellent performance in offshore competition.

The Excalibur design went on to achieve considerable racing success, including victories in RORC Class II, while also proving itself as a strong and durable yacht suitable for offshore and coastal sailing. Today, the Excalibur 36 is an excellent example of a classic Dutch cruiser-racer, combining traditional yacht lines with the performance characteristics of its era.

Orel's impressive model is produced at a large 1:25 scale, allowing an exceptionally high level of detail throughout the yacht. The kit consists of 15 A3 sheets and provides experienced card model builders with a substantial and rewarding modelling project.
